Ethics Channel
At IMMOSERVEIS J. COMPANY, S.L. we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal, and trustworthy environment for all our employees, clients, and partners.
For this reason, we have implemented a strong Ethics Channel that allows anyone to report possible misconduct or ethical violations they have detected within our organization. A channel where any possible non-compliance or irregularity within the organization can be communicated, as described in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory violations and combating corruption.
WHAT EVENTS CAN BE REPORTED?
You can report through the Ethics Channel facts that you consider may involve a breach of legal regulations, the Code of Ethics, or any current internal regulations, such as:
- Conduct related to fraud and corruption.
- Conduct related to Safety, health, and hygiene at work.
- Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
- Conduct related to information security, data protection, and securities markets.
- Anticompetitive practices.
- Conduct contrary to human rights or environmental damage.
- Other possible criminal or administrative offenses.
KEY FEATURES:
-
Confidentiality: We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage people to report. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the process and protect the whistleblower’s identity as permitted by law. This includes the option to report anonymously.
-
Impartial investigation process: Once a report is submitted, our expert team will thoroughly investigate the matter objectively and diligently in accordance with internal regulations and applicable law. Throughout the process, the rights of those involved, particularly the presumption of innocence, must be respected.
-
Protection against retaliation: We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who dare to report any irregularities. We will take appropriate disciplinary action against anyone retaliating against a whistleblower.
-
Resolution and follow-up: Once the investigation is concluded, we will take the necessary actions to address the identified issue and, when possible, take corrective measures to prevent future violations.
